| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, to take in to consideration the following Agenda Items:-
- To consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014.
Further, that pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 1991, and as per the terms of code for conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from November 12, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in the code. |
