| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the Price Variation, Salora International Ltd has Clarified to BSE that :
"The Company is not aware of any such information which could explain the reason for price increase of its share price. If and when the Company becomes aware of any such information the same shall be disclosed.
Now, hereby we clarified that there is no such information / event having a bearing on the price of the shares of the Company and further, there is no such information those ought to be intimated under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement." |
