We refer to the mail received with respect to filing of financial results made with BSE Ltd submitted by the Company for quarter ended June 2017 with the following query:-
Queries : -
1. Financial Result submitted in PDF file is not as per IND-AS Format. Submit revised Financial results in PDF file on BSE Listing centre in accordance with Schedule III format of Companies Act, 2013 (Refer SEBI circular Ref. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 (Point 2.1 and 2.4 & also note that Number of column of the result should be as per SEBI Regulations.) - (Standalone Result)
