| Exchange Received Time 22/11/2017 21:27:30 Exchange Disseminated Time 22/11/2017 21:27:36 Time Taken 00:00:06 | | In furtherance to our earlier announcement dated 27.10.2017, we wish to inform that the Offer has closed at 5:30 PM (Singapore time) on 22.11.2017 ('Closing Date'), and upon closure, the total no. of Units owned, controlled or agreed to be acquired by the Offeror and its related corporations & their respective nominees (including valid acceptances of the Offer) amount to 751,490,272 Units, representing approx. 99.66 per cent. of the total no. of Units, and as the Offeror has received valid acceptances pursuant to the Offer in respect of not less than 90 per cent. of the total no. of Units in issue (other than those already held by the Offeror, its related corporations and their respective nominees as at the Despatch Date), the Offeror is entitled to, and would in due course, exercise its right to compulsorily acquire, at the Offer Price of S$0.90 for each Unit, all Offer Units of Unitholders who have not accepted the Offer as at the Closing Date.
