- To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for the Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from February 02, 2017 till February 12, 2017 (Both day inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after announcement of the financial result of the Company to Stock Exchange. |
