| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from July 14, 2014 to July 21, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
