1. Allotment of 2,32,358 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under the Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme / Plan.
2. Cancellation of 13,222 unvested Stock Options under the Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2015.
