| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/10/2015 13:05:51 | Future Market Networks Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the resolutions passed by the shareholders of the Company on August 20, 2015 with regard to sale of investments in subsidiary companies, the Company has completed sale of investments to the extent of its 90% equity shareholding in M/s. F R Retail Destination Private Limited and M/s. Niyman Mall Management Company Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 90,90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Lakhs Ninety Thousand only). Accordingly, the said companies ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company.
This disclosure is in continuation to the Company's earlier disclosure made on August 20, 2015 in relation to declaration of results of postal ballot in this regard. |
