| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, at Ahmedabad at its hearing held on July 30, 2015 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sun Pharma Global Inc. (SPGI), wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, into Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (SPIL) with effect from the appointed date of January 01, 2015.
Further, the Company has informed that the certified copy of the High Court order is expected to be received shortly and will be filed with the Registrar of Companies there after as required and the process of merger would get completed on such filing. |
