We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28th December, 2017, has appointed Shri C. Gangopadhyay (Director, Project-Power Finance Corporation Limited) as Nominee Director of PTC India Limited.
The Board has also approved the appointment of Shri H. R. Khan (Former Deputy Governor, RBI) and Shri S.B. Nayar (Former CMD, IIFCL), as Independent Directors on the Board of the Company.
Shri C. Gangopadhyay, Shri H. R. Khan and Shri S.B. Nayar are not related to any other Director of the Company.
