1. Re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Ajmera as Managing Director and CEO of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2017, Subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Approval of Board Report of the Company for the FY 2015-16 along with Annexures.
3. Approval of Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 29, 2016. |
