to be held on April 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from April 18, 2015 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 to the public (both days inclusive). |
