| Exchange Disseminated Time | Anik Industries Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on November 13, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To amendment in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. To reorganisation of Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3.
