| Exchange Disseminated Time | Everest Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2013,
have taken the following decisions:
1. Appointment of Mr. B.L. Taparia as Additional Director w.e.f. May 10, 2013.
2. Reappointment of Mr. Aditya Vikram Somani as Whole-Time Director designated as Chairman of the Company w.e.f. June 21, 2013 for a period of three years.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Manish Sanghi as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2013 for a period of three years.
The above appointments are subject to confirmation of the shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming 80th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Board has also decided to set up a PEB plant in Dahej (Gujarat) at a cost of Rs. 50.00 crores with a capacity of 30,000 MT/ annum. |
