Positive Comsol Pvt. Ltd. pursuant to the scheme of Amalgamation / Merger with M/s. Visesh Infotecnics Ltd.
Further the Company has informed that, the resignation submitted by Mr. Manmohan Gupta from the office of director has been accepted by the board with effect from March 15, 2011. |
