| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following;
1. Appointment of Mr. Dilip Kumar, Retired Ex-Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Goa, as an Additional Director of Company w.e.f May 29, 2014 and his subsequent appointment as member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. Jayesh B. Bhansali as Chief Financial Officer (CEO) of Company in addition to his existing position as Executive Director of Company.
3. Reconstitution of following committees of the Board consisting of its members as stated herein below;
