We would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 8th September, 2017, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
Further, please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st September, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on 8th September, 2017.
This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 and any other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and/or any other applicable law.
