| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2016 16:04:39 | Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter & Nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, As per the “Insider Trading Code” of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 06, 2016 for approving the Un-audited Financial Results for the Third quarter & Nine months ended on December 31, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from January 28, 2016 to February 09, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
All the aforesaid designated Directors, Employees and other persons have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during aforesaid period. The aforesaid window shall reopen from February 10, 2016. |
