| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/10/2017 16:53:37 | Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017 and also to consider, if thought fit, to declare the 2nd interim dividend for the financial year ending on December 31, 2017.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will close from October 13, 2017 and shall remain closed till November 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, inter-alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results as above and also for declaration of dividend, if any, in terms of the provision of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
