Kothari Mehta & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm registration No. 000756N) and M/s. P. K. Deora & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm registration No 004167N) as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of AGM to be held in the year 2017 (to conduct audit w.e.f. Financial Year 2017-18), in place of existing Joint Statutory Auditors M/s Doogar & Associates and M/s. Ashim & Associates, Chartered Accountants in compliance with the mandatory rotation of auditors, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
