| Exchange Disseminated Time | Money Matters Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting held on August 06, 2012 discussed options and proposal for strategic tie-up. The Company has entered into a Trade Mark Licensing and Executive Agreement ('Agreement') on October 16, 2012 with Capri Global Capital Ltd. As per the Agreement, Company can use logo of the 'Capri Capital Partners LLC ('CCP') and integrate the same with the name of the Company.
Company has made an application to Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, to change the name of the Company to 'Capri Global Capital Limited' and the name has been made available to the Company vide their letter dated April 25, 2013 subject to necessary compliances and approvals.
Company being a registered NBFC has also received no objection for change of name from the Reserve Bank of India vide its letter dated May 29, 2013.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company will consider further process for seeking shareholders approval for change of name of the Company in the ensuing meeting of Board scheduled on May 30, 2013. |
