Further, in accordance with “Jubilant Industries Limited - Code for Prevention of Insider Trading” and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Designated Persons from January 28, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
