| Exchange Disseminated Time | BEML Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).
Further, it may be noted that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from February 02, 2015 to February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) and the designated employees shall not deal in the securities till the opening of the trading window which shall be 24 hours after the results are made public. |
