| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a Special Dividend of Rupees three and Paise fifty (Rs. 3.50/-) only per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. Together with the interim dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per share, paid in February, 2016, the total dividend for the financial year, 2015-16 works out to Rs. 5.00 per share. The Special Dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing 67th Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after August 08, 2016. |
