| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/07/2016 14:49:28 | Advance Metering Technology Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2016 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2016 in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 30, 2016 to August 08, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
