| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/01/2017 19:26:56 | | With reference to the earlier letter dated January 10, 2017 regarding Q3 results on Jan 20, 2017, Canara Bank has further informed BSE that in addition to considering and approving the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016, the Board of Directors will also approve the Limited Reviewed Consolidated Financial Statements of the Bank for the Half-Year ended September 30, 2016. The same is for the purpose of inclusion of the Limited Reviewed Consolidated Financial Statements in the Letter of Offer to be filed with the Stock Exchanges for a proposed Rights Issue of the Bank. |
