| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/05/2016 15:12:33 | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31,2016 and recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 19, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive), i.e. till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said Financial Results of the Company. |
