| Exchange Disseminated Time | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2010, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend on the equity shares @ 80% for the financial year ended March 31, 2010. The dividend, if approved, by the Shareholders will absorb Rs. 326.2 Million (previous year Rs.197.3 Million). The dividend distribution tax will be borne by the Company would amount to Rs. 54.2 million.
Further the Company has informed that 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 12, 2010. |
