1. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 duly reviewed by Audit Committee.
2. To consider and approve Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2016 being balancing figures between Audited figures in respect of full Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and the published year to date figures upto the third Quarter of the current Financial Year and Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2016.
3. To consider and approve the appointment of Secretarial Auditor Dr. S.K. Jain, Proprietor S.K. Jain & Co. of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17. |
