With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 1, 2018 titled " Intimation of Board Meeting to consider un-audited financial results for the quarter & nine months ended on Dec 31, 2017" this is to inform that due to the non-availability of the Independent Directors, Board meeting which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2017 has now been postponed to Monday, February 12, 2018.
Consequent to postponement of the said Board Meeting and pursuant to the provisions of Security and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code on Insider Trading' of the Company, trading window for the purpose of transacting in the Company's share be revised.
