Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider ‘Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Precision Wires India Limited, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any “Inside?’ covered under the said Code will be closed from with immediate effect up to and including the close of May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
