As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
