Further, the Company confirms that as per Clause 8 of the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from February 01, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on February 11, 2016. |
