| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Chemo Pharma Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015 for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 19, 2015 till May 29, 2015 i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly all Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
