| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/11/2016 14:52:25 | Oil India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on November 28, 2016, inter alia, have recommended 'Issue of Bonus shares' in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. One (1) bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every Three (3) existing fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each subject to approval of the shareholders.
Process for issuance of bonus shares and Credit / Dispatch of the Bonus Shares would be completed within the stipulated time period.
