- Erosion of more than fifty percent of the Company's net worth as at the end of the financial year ended March 31, 2010, in relation to its peak net worth during the immediately preceding four financial years, be and is hereby considered in accordance with the provisions of Section 23(1)(a)(ii) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985, in all respects. |
