    As per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to submit its quarterly financial results to the Stock Exchanges within 45 days of the end of the quarter. Accordingly, the Board meeting for approval of the results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 is required to be held on or before 14th November, 2017.

    However, since the Company has adopted the Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) from the financial year 2017-18, in accordance with clause 2.1.6 of SEBI Circular dated 5th July, 2016, the Company may submit its financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 to the Stock Exchanges by 14th December, 2017.

    In accordance with the above, you are requested to note that the Company proposes to hold its Board Meeting for approval of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017on or before 14th December, 2017.
