This discontinuation of R&T arrangement with Sharepro is in view of SEBI's advisory vide Order dated March 22, 2016, inter alia advising Companies who are clients of Sharepro Services (India) Pvt Ltd ('Sharepro') to initiate switch over of R&T activities. |
