1. Mr Rehan A. Khan has vide his letter dated February 29, 2016 tendered resignation as the Managing Director and Director of the Company to pursue career opportunity overseas. His resignation shall be effective close of business hours on April 30, 2016.
2. Mr Kaiyomarz Marfatia has ceased to be a Whole-Time Director of the Company upon completion of his term with effect from February 29, 2016. He continues as the Non-Executive Director of the Company, subject to retirement by rotation. |
