1. The Board has considered and approved the sale, transfer or otherwise dispose of an undertaking of the Company pursuant to section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. The Board has considered and approved the Notice of Ordinary Resolution proposed to be passed by way of postal ballot to consider the sale, transfer or otherwise dispose of an undertaking of the Company. |
