Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 12, 2016 has appointed Ms. Priyadarshini V, ACS as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from September 12, 2016. Ms.Priyadarshini V will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 12, 2016 as per Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in place of Mr. Ramesh Shenoy K, Chief Financial Officer.
