| Exchange Disseminated Time | | GIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2009, took up the proposal for strategic sale of its entire holding of 11.2% in LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Company Ltd. (LIC MF AMC) and also its entire holding of 3% in LICMF Trustee Company pvt. Ltd. for a consideration of around Rs 89 crores (Rupees eighty nine crores). The said approval is subject to LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Company Ltd, LICMF Trustee Company Pvt., Ltd., and the purchaser complying with the rules and regulations as applicable. |
