| Exchange Disseminated Time | Century Plyboards (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 08, 2016, has approved and declared payment of Interim Dividend @ Re. 1 (Rupee One) (exclusive of Corporate Dividend Tax) per equity share of face value Re. 1/- each.
Payment of interim dividend through RTGS/ NECS/ Dividend Warrants/ Demand Drafts as the case may be, will be made between March 17, 2016 and March 28, 2016.
In order to retain cash for its ongoing capex projects, the Board of Directors reviewed the Company's existing dividend policy of distributing one-third of distributable profit by way of Dividend. The Board has now decided that till the completion of the ongoing capex projects and subsequent review of the dividend policy, the company will be paying dividend in the band of 10% to 15% of distributable profit for the financial year (including applicable Dividend Distribution Tax). |
