| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/10/2015 18:20:06 | TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company from October 12, 2015 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive). |
