Further, disclosure is hereby made that, pursuant to Section 233(8) of the Companies Act, 2013, on registration of the Scheme by the Regional Director, Vantamuri Trading and Investments Limited and Nandur Sugars Limited (the Transferor Companies) Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries of the Company, are deemed to be dissolved without the process of winding up.
