1. Re-constitution of Committee/Committees
2. Ms. Arti Jain Independent Director and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mittal Non Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company have resigned from the post of Director after the conclusion of the Meeting.
3. The Company has appointed the Secretarial Auditor and Scrutinizer for the purpose of Secretarial Audit and scrutinize the voting and result of AGM. |
