| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 06, 2009, inter alia, have authorised the Board of Directors of the Company, to contribute, from time to time, in any financial year, to any charitable or other funds or for charities or other purposes not directly related to the business of the Company or the welfare of its employees, upto a sum of Rs. 10 lacs (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) or five percent of its average net profits as determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 349 and 350 of the Companies Act, 1956, during the three (3) financial year immediately preceding, whichever is greater, subject to necessary provisions and approvals. |
