| Exchange Disseminated Time | Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following :
1. Managing Director
Mr. K. Srinivasan has been reappointed as the Managing Director with effect from February 01, 2015 to November 22, 2017 by the Board of Directors subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. His current tenure expires on January 31, 2015.
2. Interim Dividend
The Directors have approved an interim dividend of 0.75 paise (Seventy five paise only) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-). |
