| Exchange Disseminated Time | Timken India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, the trading window as described in ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from April 01, 2014 till expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement. |
