| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kandagiri Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following :
1. Adoption of the audited Balance sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2009, Profit and Loss account and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on that date and the report of the directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-election of Sri. V Gopalan & Sri. P S Ananthnarayanan, as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-Appointment of M/s. M S Krishnaswami & Rajan, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Reappointment of Sri. R Selvarajan, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, for a period of three years from October 01, 2009 to September 30, 2012, on remuneration, terms & conditions
6. Reappointment of Sri. S Vijay Shankar, Joint Managing Director of the Company, for a period of three years from October 01, 2009 to September 30, 2012, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
7. Perquisites and Allowances payable to the CMD and the JMD. |
